Lluis is the founder and CEO of Lluminate, leading technical direction across client work and the in-house product portfolio. His background spans data science, AI and full-stack development, with earlier years as a homelessness and youth social worker shaping his commitment to tech for social impact.
Caroline
Research & Project Manager
Caroline brings experience in research, education and the NGO sector to Lluminate's projects. She has worked across universities, public policy and community organisations, and is particularly interested in helping teams design tools that are useful, accessible and grounded in real user needs. Her work is supervised by Mono, her golden retriever, who specialises in morale, snack breaks and appearing in the background of video calls.
Andrea
Operations & Support
Helping people is the main drive behind Andrea's motivation, be it colleagues or people who could benefit from Lluminate's products. Tech for good while still maintaining a human perspective is something she is very passionate about. She brings a wealth of customer service, coaching, administrative and mum experience to the team.
Luna
Office Manager & Lead Herder
As office manager, Luna makes sure staff spend enough time away from their screens — with a combination of frisbee and ball activities, proper walks, and leisure time with her — and stay on their toes through a mix of covert plant-pot digging and random barks. She loves tech for good, particularly when it involves scratches.

Business Development Manager
Inlist — SaaS Campaigning Platform
Contract: Initially contractor, 2 days/week (potential to increase)
Rate: Competitive day rate + commission per signed client
Location: Remote Europe/UK
Languages: English essential; Spanish, German or Dutch advantageous

Drive the growth of Inlist — a campaigning platform for unions, charities and progressive organisations. You'll identify opportunities, close deals, build strategic partnerships, and feed market insight back into product development.
You'll work closely with the founder and a small dev team. Ideal for someone who wants ownership of commercial growth in a mission-driven company.

Developer
Lluminate — Product Portfolio
Contract: 1 day/week initially (potential to increase to 2 days)
Rate: £400/day
Location: Remote UK (occasional availability for calls with EU-based team)
A key technical resource across Lluminate's product portfolio — maintaining and improving our existing platforms, responding to bug reports and feature requests, and ensuring our clients receive reliable, high-quality software.
You'll work closely with the founder and Product Growth Manager, helping keep our systems running smoothly while contributing to new product development as Lluminate grows. Strong Laravel and Python experience required, with interest in AI integrations and data engineering.
