An AI-powered system that automates the processing of electoral marked registers — traditionally a manual, time-intensive task taking days per constituency. Now adopted as an internal tool within the organisation, using Google Gemini's vision AI to analyse hand-marked PDF scans and extract voter turnout data automatically.
The system processes hundreds of pages, cross-references against official electoral rolls, and provides a human-in-the-loop review interface before exporting validated data to the party's constituent management system.

NEU Dashboard
A centralised data platform for the National Education Union to manage ballot campaigns, member surveys, and engagement activities. Consolidates fragmented data into interactive, role-based dashboards — giving national, regional, and branch-level staff real-time visibility into campaign progress.
The modular design allows new campaigns to launch quickly, while automated data aggregation replaces manual spreadsheet reporting.
Patient Registry & Healthcare
Rett Registry UK
The UK's only national patient registry for Rett Syndrome and MECP2 Duplication Syndrome — rare genetic neurological conditions. Patient data is typically scattered across NHS trusts; this platform centralises everything, connecting families, researchers, and the charity.
Families maintain comprehensive medical profiles and generate portable "Health Passport" documents for emergencies. Researchers can identify and recruit eligible patients for clinical trials with end-to-end tracking. The registry runs on Cohorts, our patient registry platform.
AI Integration & A/B Testing
A/B Testing & AI Tools for Blueprint
Two Laravel Nova packages for Forward Action's Blueprint campaigning platform. An A/B testing framework brings conversion rate optimisation — experiment management, weighted variant assignment, and statistical analysis (Frequentist or Bayesian). An AI toolkit adds contextual suggestions directly within form fields.
Campaign staff can now run sophisticated experiments without developer involvement, while AI-powered reporting generates human-readable summaries with actionable recommendations.
